Here is why we think this is fair use:
I made this video with the intention to help others in a motivational/inspirational form. The clips and music I have used I do not own in most cases. My understanding is that it is in correlation to Fair Right Use, however, given that it is open to interpretation if any owners of the content clips would like me to remove the video I have no problem and will do as fast as possible. please Email - Navidbakhsayesh@gmail.com - if you have any concerns at.
These videos are transformative in a positive sense, I take clips from various sources to help create an atmospheric feeling that will help people in different situations in their life. Be it overcoming hard challenges, giving them more fuel in various sporting scenes or act as hope for those who need to hear encouraging words.
I also do not wish to use the heart of any piece of the work that would perhaps decrease the market value of the original content, if anything I hope to promote the content so that people can reach out and subsequently increase the market value.
Lastly, these videos are to educate people in an entertaining fashion. Given these are very short videos the short parts I use them to act as a catalyst to further reading.

I always think of happiness as a choice you make, because it's an emotional response. And of course, only we can choose our emotional responses. I had been in a terrible situation, where my life had turned into a nightmare of homelessness and drugs. I was finally able to move into the wilderness, in an attempt to get away from it all. However, the crushing memories moved with me and everyday they came to wash over me like never ending waves. One day I realized that I literally wasn't going to survive if I kept allowing my thoughts to annihilate me, so I stood up to them. Every time those memories came up, which was a dozen times a day, I said nope, not today. I told myself, "I'm going to be happy now, I've suffered enough" and I refused to indulge in the sadness of those thoughts. I said NO MORE and I meant it. I absolutely refused them. I was determined to just BE happy. It took me about 2 weeks of slamming the door on those thoughts every time they came up before, suddenly, everything changed. Like a light switch being turned off, over night they stopped appearing. Because I wouldn't take no for an answer, my subconscious mind finally stopped playing that terrible program. And when it did... my entire life changed. Because I chose happiness, it chose me. Then, like a knock on effect, life changed it's response to me. That's when I realized that all of life had simply been copying what I had been putting out. It was incredible. All of the sudden, everyone wanted to be around me. Everyone wanted to be my friend. People started giving me things. I was given 2 cars in 2 months. Money started pouring in... I'd never seen anything like it. That's when I finally understood that happiness is always within our grasp. Happiness is always a choice that we have the power to choose anytime we decide to. It's only when we change, that life and everyone in it, can change it's response to us. It's a powerful thing to realize.

@learnistic -101 What he’s saying is, although it’s highly romanticized that you should be one with your lover who you might be married too or just dating forever, ultimately you need to not lose yourself in them, know who YOU ARE, don’t lose it, deep level enmeshment isn’t healthy, you need to maintain your identity. Believe it or not, this will actually strengthen your relationship with your other person, as you’ll add even more to the relationship. Love someone fully, but know YOU. Ultimately it’s you who is driving even in a long standing union. Being YOU in a long term relationship will help you get through hard times and think about them more clearly, rely on the loved one for support, but have yourself to help resolve the issue. This isn’t just about relationships also about being a team member. Know yourself well enough that you’re not disruptive but a good contributor.
@Greenlights111
@Greenlights111 3 жыл бұрын
@Mafia's Finest TV my take on it is that we all fight our own mental battles, and no matter who may walk through life by your side, we are all lone wolves in a way. And the “honest man” is someone who is true to themself and others, so that when you go to bed at night and your mind starts wandering, rather than lying awake with your mind racing, you feel a sense of peace. Many interpretations I’m sure, that’s just mine!

Happiness isn't complicated. It's actually fairly simple. The problem is that people chase happiness as outcomes. When we don't get what we want, we feel unhappy. But you can be happy without those kind of conditions.There's the happiness that comes from getting what you want, but there's also the happiness in being content with who you are and what you have. Meaning is what we gain by the way we choose to engage with the world (goals, projects, relationships), and happiness comes from the contentment we feel for who we are and what we have have in the moment.

The President must be a warrior. Every good President has been a bad-ass and bully when necessary to protect the US. There is a difference between a President and a Diplomat. Actors are different from Presidents. President Reagan was a tough guy when necessary. Unfortunately, Dictators are wolves that will devour nice leaders who they see as sheep. CEOs must also defend their companies and their employees jobs from "barbarians at the gate." Weak CEOs make weak companies and cause massive unemployment. Weak players cause sports teams to lose. Leaders, therefore, cannot always be nice. Leaders must be warriors. If you want to please everyone and always be nice and cannot tolerate someone being tough, then don't get into politics, business, or sports.

Abraham Lincoln said, most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. At some point in life you have to be content with what you have in life. The road to happiness is always under construction. The heart is happiest when it beats for others. Happiness is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to cope with it. A small house will hold as much happiness as a big one and the happy person is the one who can enjoy the scenery even when you have to take a detour. It isn't our position but our disposition that makes us happy.

He passed away after being on a ventilator for seven days, a 39 year old father of three children. He has no grave, we couldn't afford that...he was cremated. I disagree, plenty of people aren’t. Plenty of people are just like everyone else. Plenty of people may not deserve the effort. Though that isn’t a bad thing. No matter where you, or me, or someone else may be. Nothing is stopping us from becoming better. Not everyone may be deserving, not everyone may be worth the trouble, not everyone is some great, special, unique person. But, with that in mind.... nothing is stoping the individual from changing that. Whether it’s one step or the full staircase. There is always room to go higher. Whether you’re at the top or never started climbing, life is only set in stone once you stop trying.

Matthew, Our son Eric could never find himself, his joy, his purpose. He was such a sweet soul but also a troubled one as well. He told not so long ago, mom I wish I had half of your positivity and good energy. On October 17th our sweet, beautiful 28 year old boy decided to check out of his crazy world and took his own life. We tried so hard, so very hard to help him. He always called or came home if he was feeling troubled, but not that night. Our souls are crushed and there is a painful gaping hole. Please pray for our family that we can make it through this.

I quit 2 years ago, at first I thought I'd be happier. But honestly it didn't, I'm in a generation where everyone is on social media. And I missed out, didn't get invited to events, parties, and know what was going on. I grew detached from my friends and spent too much time alone. I only recently, like in the last week, decided to come back, as I read that more social media (opposed to less) can actually help people with depression and anxiety. The problem is that I also have adhd which means I get easily distracted, meaning now having the ability to endlessly scroll through Twitter has dramatically decreased my productivity. I don't know what the hell to do. Social media can be a great thing, but in rationed amounts. I don't know how to do that. Anyway rant over lol. I hope you're happier than I was off social media.

@@chrissyhardman8098 It can happen indeed. However, there have been cases of people in government standing by their values, remaining inspirational and humble, wanting to truly better their state or nation. Albeit not necessarily a majority, example of those still abound in certain past eras. Bad people, people with egocentric and narcissistic tendencies, who do not care about anything else but their own riches and finding ways to enrich themselves through corrupt laws and practices, will always be naturally drawn to power. “Like flies surrounding a pile of cow manure, so are the corrupt and the evil drawn to power”, a philosopher I read said, don’t remember clearly who it was. Yet… the best leaders are more often than not the ones who don’t want any power to begin with. In ancient times, they were often called “Emperor X The Good”, or “King Y The Benevolent”, or “Emperor Z The Noble”. Even if power and leadership was determined by blood or family lineage in ancient times before democracy, it DID happen that there were good intentioned people that happened to get the throne descended upon them, and they remained good, humble, charitable, spiritual, noble, human. Just as it did happen that barbaric, despotic, war-driven, cruel leaders also could inherit the throne through family lineage alone. It was a game of roulette really. Nowadays with democracy, at least the people have a “say” in who’s governing them. Even if it isn’t perfectly representative, with gerrymandering and whatnot, and there is still lots of injustice and corrupt ways in which elections get heavily influenced by the rich and powerful of a nation (lobbying). Even then, thinking everyone in government gets inevitably corrupted and morally bankrupt, is a bleak perspective of the past and future, a pessimistic one which doesn’t leave any room for hope, change, and doesn’t do justice to the immense amount of work some younger and grassroots activists put in forward towards trying to change that precisely. Big money in politics, a corrupt establishment, corporations buying senators and judges and giving themselves big bonuses and tax evasion, students paying way too much for their education as a way for the rich to keep the poor poorer and stopping change and upheaval, public infrastructure hospitals and school and public spaces being defunded and rotting because no one invests in them... The only way, and I mean the only, to make a positive change is through politics, well intentioned individuals entering government to change it from the inside out, and enough people to support them. If enough people assemble and vote for people who truly stand for change, will sacrifice most of their time in a year advocating for a good cause and trying again and again to pass bills that will invalidate old corrupt bills and other tricks corrupt people put in there to steal from the people. What’s the alternative then? Cynicism? Cynicism about politics accomplishes nothing. It is the equivalent to throwing up your arms in the face of sickness and declaring “I give up”. Instead you go to a doctor, you pass tests, you speak with knowledgeable people who will try and help you the best they can. You strive to heal and survive, and even if you don’t succeed, you at least sure as hell tried. Same with government. It is not “too sick to be changed”. Change is always possible.

What I learned today 1. Look for joy instead of happiness through gratitude 2. Help define yourself by eliminating things that are not in line with your character 3. Be faithful and take on battles with and for yourself 4. Let others tell you of your own successes
