Loved this! His fear of harming Diana is played down in the series ,I think. The first part of a clip in the trailer for the first series showing Matthew putting on his shirt has been discarded. The missing bit has him putting on the Lazarus talisman first. Saw this featured on a reply to a much earlier video - where they got hold of it , I don't know as it was not ever used. Not been able to find it since! Deb Harkness was certainly right when she picked M G to play the part!!

Hello, thank you, glad you liked the vid! I don't know where the cut bit about him putting his talisman can be found, I can look into it. But yes the shirt scene is in the first trailer (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaaTYo1rmrWSeqs), such a shame it was cut. Deb casting Matthew Goode (she said "He would be perfect. He is my Matthew") was inspired. He is a fabulous actor and really brought to life the complexity and humanity of his character.
