The thing is you have people who fake being the person that they know you desire in your life. So, you need to do a video on how to spot a person who fakes being the person one desires to have as a partner. I dated this guy for 4 months and he lied about being already divorced and hid the fact about it was the second wife he was on already in the middle of a divorce. He also tried to manipulate me into thinking that it was too soon in him introducing me to his family and friends after being in an exclusive relationship with him for 2 months. Lastly, he purposely created drama to avoid me being with him and meeting his family during the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve. He played the I need space card as a means to later end the relationship a month of being absent from me. I follow your advice and notice it means nothing should you be in a relationship with a person who is a manipulator. I realized looking back on it; I should have ended seeing him the moment he didn't want me to meet his friends and gave nonsense excuses for it not being the time to meet his relatives. When we last talk after the breakup, he even lied about actually saying he was stressed from other things going on. Tried to lie and say he told me he wasn't sure about the relationship and needed time apart. I called him out on manipulating the truth of events between us. So all of your advice works in a situation with a person who isn't faking their character and isn't a manipulator. This is what we need to realize in considering dating advice to be applied with certain people.

"Friend zone" is a BS term because it implies that a person owes it to you to be sexually attracted to you and dismisses the value of someone wanting you as a friend. Nobody owes it to anyone to sleep with them, and valuing a person enough to want them in your life at all, including for friendship, isn't something that is "less" than romantic or sexual involvement. Frankly, I think participating in the thinking around the term "friend zone" is counterproductive and unhealthy.

The most direct way to attract healthy men and weed out the unhealthy ones is to identify and heal your attachment style, then learn how to seek out secure partners. You'll eliminate 99% of your problems that way, including having to figure out how to "Be" magnetic, confident, etc. in order to "attract" someone else. Healthy people attract healthy people. Unhealthy people attract unhealthy people. And doing the healing work of your own attachment system, traumas, etc. is the guaranteed way to have real confidence and magnetism anyway.
