This is a great video! Here are my notes from it: be brutally honest, have emotional intelligence What is the probe and the provoke? Problem-stacking: Shift to next thing you can solve. (does it work with your spanish speaking customers) Understanding the how? Don't be reading your script. Be present, don't be thinking about the next thing. Actively listen. IOI = indication of interest If you're thinking about the next thing, you can't be actively listening. acknowledge - respond - meet - ask offer something valuable for their time

Great insights on handling objections during cold calls! Remember, the key to overcoming objections is not just to respond but to understand the prospect's underlying concerns. Addressing those effectively can turn a 'no' into a 'yes'. Keep it conversational and always aim to add value.

Yesterday I hung up on a cold call sales guy. And I really really didn't want too. The funny thing is, he sounded exactly like Ronen. Like literally I thought it could have been him. But I knew immediately that it wasn't because of how rude, obnoxious and offensive he was. And I know Ronen isn't like that. In fact he makes it pretty clear that you should never do that. But it was crazy how much he sounded like him and how good this guy was at handling every single one of my objections. It was like he pulled it all out of the Ronen Handbook for Objections. But he was a huge dick, and that's why I hung on the guy. Because he absolutely would not take no for an answer. And he'd make me feel guilty for saying it. Now this particular company, Yelp. I've not had good experiences with them. In fact most small business owners I've spoken with have said the same things. But that's another story. This guy basically reinforced my reasons for not liking this business even more. But I surprised myself because I am now a cold caller too. I didn't want to hang up on him. But I had no choice, no was just not something he was willing to listen too. And for me I consider that bad business. I have a reputation to uphold in this small city I live in. And if people get a bad taste in their mouths before they even work with me. I'll be out of business fast. I think handling objections is obviously necessary in this business. But being aggressive and a bully, never gonna win you anything but hardship.

I wouldn’t buy from the beanie guy just because I don’t like his voice. So there’s just some people you’ll never be able to sell to no matter what script you follow. As shallow as that is it’s just the truth. Some people will buy from you because they like the way you look, your energy, etc. and vice versa. So all in all good video but gotta know when to quit for sure. Wasting time on potential customers that yield no result is always annoying.
