By far the best video that covers a nice clean install, very well detailed video. You made life so much easier. Thank you

This video just saved my butt. I had a small fire in my Polaris RZR and it melted the fuse/relay box. It turns out the GEP 48 is the exact same box Polaris uses. I thought I was going to have to buy the complete wire harness that cost $1400 when all I needed was the box. By the way Polaris doesn't sale the box separately from the wire harness. Thanks again!

The CEauto configuratpr tool is great for purchasing purchase. It would be great if they would add pin IDs to the devices so that you could populate the unit and then have it show which pins are in which holes on the back side. That would be a super enhancement.

That is why I created the spreadsheet.

@ I did the same, but a one stop shop automated tool would be nice.

I use the Eaton fuse panels. There are 5 small ones and 2 larger ones. The small one you got is also available without the buss bars. The circuits are rated for more than 15 amps, so I'm not sure where you got that. The total buss bar is rated for 60 amps, if I remember correctly. I use it to build LS swap harnesses

All the terminals you used in the GEP also work in the Bussman 15300 series. Also, you put the cavity plugs in the wrong way

hidden gem of a video. ive been looking and looking for a solution like this. where did you get the crimpers? from the same site the box came from?

Thanks. Both waytek and CE auto carry them. www.waytekwire.com/item/474/Packard-12-10GA-Crimper/ ceautoelectricsupply.com/product/metri-pack-280-series-12-10-awg-crimping-tool/

Hello, awesome video. Very helpful. What 12-10 AWG crimpers did you use? Thank you.
Nothing against GEP, but Eaton offers many similar products that also use series 280 Delphi/Aptiv terminals, seals and plugs. So, there are choices available depending on your specific needs.

All the Eaton versions I have seen have internal buss bars, so that would be ideal is all your relay triggers are ground etc. I have a mixture of both and GEP allowed to customize it exactly how I want.

Do they make splice connectors so you don't have to physically splice them all together? And what about bussbars instead of splices or wire jumpers?

I don't know.

I have had the same issues, but I'm still not sure your solution works for my relay choice.

Wow!! Thank you so much for making this video. I have been looking for something like this custom box, and also how to use it. This is very similar to my needs. Great! Also nice you mentioned, and showed, your custom printed bracket to fit fender mounting. I will do the same here. Great idea! Totally missed that in my mind. Did you print it in ABS, ASA, PETG? Thanks!!

I did pla since I had it. Petg probably better option.
