9:08 instead of hooking the cable clamps up to a battery, I hooked them up to a multimeter. It read 0.0 volts. Is that the way it's supposed to be. Is that because of the "safety feature" you were talking about. If I hit the boost button. It shows 16.4 volts to the multimeter, while not being connected to a battery. Does this all sound right to you.
