When I was an ER nurse, a method that would sometimes work to get bugs out of ears was to put the patient in a dark room and shine a single flashlight. The bug would sometimes be attracted to the light and come out on their own. Monty snuggled next to his grand-paw is adorbs.

I lost my dad in May 2020. This bought back good memories for me. When I was a little girl he bought me my first fishing pole, a zebco 202. We never used leeches for bait but we used red worm and night crawlers. Best bait for us. So much comedy, love the family dynamic, and for so many of us who have lost family, including grandparents that we spent so much time with as kids, this adventure brings it all back. This is my all time favorite of yours, because of all the time you spent at the campsites. Your Dad has the right idea, if you are out camping ,spend time in the camp. One comment about Monte's rain coat. His original was better because, I get the sense that the material was heavier. It stayed put. This one is almost useless because it blows all over. I still say you should do one video all from Monte's point of view. What a hoot it would be. Maybe just 30 min..
