Baara is looking like "" Gaare""it is the "Telugu" language of South india.The recipe also belongs Telugu traditional item/.This is prepared with wooduth Dhall-The GAARE(Telugu Language-south india) is prepared in any Festival day of indian/-it is very Tasty.for eating together with chutney/ That will prepared with raw co co nut+ground nuts+green chili -the chutney also very tasty with "GAARE" Anyway the lot of similarities between ;"Baara" and "Gaare" As said another recipe also same as Gaare -its name is ""WADAA" /Metirial is same/ ;BAARA. suriname GAARE-south india WADA-south india Same recipes/only name change. Nice, but I am not sure that we add dry yeast to that. I have never seen it done. However, mixing the urdi with dry pizza flour gives the best result. Maybe that has yeast in it as well? Cheers from Holland

It looks really nice. I have tried more than once, but it doesn't work as perfectly as yours. I sometimes use too much/or too little frour and rawhide. It would be great if you indicated in the video the amount of grams you should use. Then it would have been easy to try to prepare it yourself again
