Someone tried to explain this to me a long time ago, but it wasn't my lived experience until decades later. Also, you do a much better job of explaining the discovery-recovery-uncovering process. Interesting timing. I felt like i jumped off the treadmill, so to speak, yesterday. Today i had more energy in spite of being in a room full of people, and hardly thought a spiritual thought 😂 I kept battling with the idea of letting go of the story. I keep thinking, isn't the point of being here to experience the story? I feel free to live my life again, but grounded and empowered... but it's no big deal, as you said. Lol. It just feels simple.
