Your comment about being from other planets & how some people find enjoyment in being alone so resonates with me. Growing up I mirrored making myself whomever my empathetic self showed me others wanted me to be to fulfill their needs while negating my own desires. I have been happily living alone (but thankfully with my Bengal support cats) for several years now & I love it. There's far less drama & now I can finally focus on self-love & self-caring while I fulfill my own wishes, desires & needs without catering to the needs of others in this last chapter of my life & give back to myself all that I missed for over 5+ decades of my life. I do share that gift of empathy with children who have challenges (emotional, physical &/or mental) by volunteering twice a week in a therapeutic horseback riding setting & working with some amazing children with life challenges. This allows me an outlet for sharing my compassion & empathy without overloading myself as I did for the majority of my life while living with others.

OMG!!! The piece about coming from other star systems and experiencing love differently!! 🙏 That caused a profound emotional release and self compassion for all the times I thought I should be « feeling » love. 3 years ago, I met someone with whom I experienced a strong soul recognition and felt we were both from the same star systems (without knowing where that thought was coming from). The love I felt for him was this profound stillness, peace and quietness and this felt like « home ». You just gifted me the piece of understanding for why I have often thought that I was not feeling « love » and the Divine because I wasn’t feeling that huge heart expansion. I feel love in a different frequency… This Truth is bringing me so much relief! So much gratitude Matt for all the gold nuggets in this transmission, I cried pretty much the whole time and that feels good! Much ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks so much Matt.This is what I’ve been feeling for many years. I remember you talking in a similar way in a video quite a few years ago, and it totally resonated with me then. Matt points out that so many spiritual teachings are unhelpful because they are oversimplified, but I think it's important to realize that applies just as equally to Matt's teachings. They are oversimplified. That's not a problem because No teaching can apply equally to all people, as everyone is at different places, and what serves one may not serve others. What serves at one time will not serve at another time.

Thank you Matt, the last 5ish years have been quite a rollercoaster, and when you touched on how Love might feel as stillness and emptiness really hit home, that's something I think I've judged about myself for a very long time, it helps. Always been curious of who I really am and where I'm from, I've known I'm not from here sense about the age of 5 I think and it's made things really...lonely. Depression has slowing been becoming more and more this last year too and so much more I wanna say but..KZbin haha.
