you know the first RCT was extremely hard and time consuming to buying buildings that cover shops and rides as well making wooden structures for rides. this however made it super easy.

I'll be honest, I never liked Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 as much as Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 (I always found myself coming back to RCT2 more than RCT3), but this video reminded me of just how intricate this game could be. I'm thinking of reinstalling it and trying it out again.

I understand what you mean, I preferred RCT2 at first as well. But RCT3 quickly grew on me: I love how the parks feel way more "alive" and vibrant, and the ability to freely move the camera and see the park from any angle is amazing, and I love being able to ride the rides. RCT3 is kinda like a "model trainset" for me, I just like making it look nice and then spending ages simply wandering around the park. RCT2 doesn't really do that for me in the same way. Also, going back to RCT2 and realising you can't test the rollercoasters as you build them is super annoying :P

@@MattLowne Just got back into RCT3 myself. When it was first released my PC could barely run it and made the whole experience rubbish. Today it runs perfectly and i'm enjoying it so much more. I wish i could combine the graphics of RCT3 and the gameplay of RCT2 though. The scenarios were much better and more challenging and the guests actually went on the rides. In RCT3 they just wander around.
