Im thinking this could be nice to use with Nicholas Lawrences' Bangarang Gimmick. Just need to decide where to invite it. Thanks for sharing Matt! Been a follower of your Bangers for about 6 months and there are more than a few awesome effects ill definitely use. 💯🔥

Nice sandwhich alternative. Only glitch if using the shuffle "find the jack" is if it's only a few cards from the faceup front when you start going through it. But you could work around that

Love the trick it inspired me to do it with a blank deck . Added a little set up just forcing there choice with thr hindo force then continuing as you did I think it will add a good second surprise when you fan the rest of the deck face up

You can also glimpse the bottom card after the shuffle - then you don't need to look through the cards before their card is returned. Then just use the glimpsed card and its mate as your "elves".

Wow, now I'm a magician except I forget each time what card is selected. My memory is focused on the trick itself with shuffles and cutting so i can't remember the selected card, but I know I don't have when it comes to actually using another person. A perfect trick for me anyway, thanks Guru!

Great trick! But I will modify it to immediately control their selected card to the top, instead of the hoop of controlling the Jack to the bottom in order to move their card to the top. Then there's zero preparation.
@MattMcGurk6 күн бұрын
Just making it accessible for beginners. Top control is the way to go.
@TheFinRevolution6 күн бұрын
@@MattMcGurk One can simply peek the bottom card after the spectator shuffle and use it as key card. :)
@gutefrage8794 күн бұрын
Very easy and nice version. Maybe I would prefer to take the jacks out first and introduce them as the two detectives and use a controll for the criminal card...
@MattMcGurk3 күн бұрын
Great option, go for it!
@jacklamb55646 күн бұрын
What if they pick out the other jack as there selection??
@MattMcGurk5 күн бұрын
You’ll know immediately because of the key, the two jacks will be together. Cut the cards so your key is on the bottom and their card is on top. Then remove the kings and use those as the elves/detectives instead. 👍

I was intrigued by the title when it said that there was no setup. Started watching, and then you said it too. No setup you said and even added, no slight of hand. You showed the trick and it looked good but then you explained how it works. First setup the pack... It maybe just one card but this is setting up the pack. Then as you explain more, you control the deck with some slight of hand. Why say no setup and no slight of hand when you do both? I'm not taking away that it's a cool trick, just that it's false information.

This is too hard

Another magic trick video that requires no setup and no sleight of hand which you need to setup first and perform a sleight of hand at the end…
@iapetus2k25 күн бұрын
I'm confused; where's the setup?
@Cacuofa5 күн бұрын
@@iapetus2k2come on man. Mixing cards turning them around to put the jacks in place is no set up? and a way obvious one. But that’s nothing really after you actually need a sleight of hand to cut break with your pinky and quickly ..etc etc. I’m the confused one. For me that’s what sleight of hand is.
