We don`t drive it on the street so I couldn`t really say. But personally yeah, I think it would be too uncomfortable over rough roads.

Is it just me, or is the wheel not properly centered?

It is slightly offset both to the driver and seat but the geometry isn't perfect either so 'straight' pulls to the right slightly. I will hopefully be fixing before my next outing :)
