Looked up the development. Over 200 houses crammed onto the site and a mid-terrace is going to cost over 500k! These top tier houses have the internal space, but you are going to be overlooked on 3 sides.

This home is quite nice, but the neighborhood is atrocious. Very little greenscape, with houses on top of each other built to fill in their lots all the way to the setbacks. I'd rather have a smaller house than be that close to my neighbor/the road. You're lovely as always Hannah😊.

The living room is stunning but overall I'd give this home a solid 6/10, the exterior was misleading and it looked nothing like I expected from the inside.

O.K. Taste is individual but sorry £1.75m for this house which looks way out of place crammed in on a housing estate. Other houses on top of it .......A very difficult property to sell in my opinion - what on earth do these developers think they are doing?

The downstairs has basically one living room and one kitchen/diner which is very disappointing for the price. Also no built-in wardrobes upstairs except for the principal bedroom. The top floor bedrooms have half height cupboards that would be difficult to use as a wardrobe. Overall I don’t think you’re getting much space for your money unfortunately.

Hello from the US! Excellent presenter, love the exterior. Perhaps add some interior color to make it harmonize with the exterior. We have the same issue in the US - the “farmhouse” trend that is all white and without a soul. Also, for the price I would be looking for wooden floors instead of wall-to-wall carpet. That was a bit surprising. The upper floors are “warmer” and more inviting. Cheers!

Lovely home neighbours are too close though for that I would need a bit more space away from other houses too crowded. At least there aren't tv's in every room. Too many accessories they might want to pare it down a bit. I like the attic rooms and the darker panel room :) Well done Hannah :)
