I think that in that situation the girl would have to be very aggressive and the man very timid/afraid before anyone would step in. Like it or not, men are supposed to be able to stick up for themselves in that kind of situation!! Great vodeos, by the way!

Whoa! That would be so incredibly interesting! I've never imagined THAT ever happening! At least a woman asking & a man "not" wanting to give it! But upon further reflection, yes, I definitely could see several ways in which a man may not want to comply & it could become a distressing even harassing situation! That would most certainly be an interesting case study video to observe! I've been a psychology/abnormal psychology college student. So these videos, I find quite interesting to watch! Thank you so incredibly much for offering them!

If you saw a girl walk up to a guy saying a few words then being told to back up, that girl saying okay then proceeding to back up, would you think that's harassment and jump in? Just speaking to someone isn't harassment and being told to back up after a few words then complying certainly doesn't equate to harassment either lol, he just wanted to look good infront of the girl.

@Lil SIMP What a disappointing response :/ everyone deserves to sit in a park and be left alone. If I were you (or your mother) I'd be asking myself why you're so determined to defend a guy in a video playing the part of someone blatantly harassing women in public who are trying to mind their own business. It's so unfortunate, and a clear example of why this needs to be talked about more.

The girl is clearly showing she’s not interested by saying doesnt want the guy to come any closer to her. That is the first sign that everyone should notice. When she repeats it the second time thats when the guy intervenes. He did the right thing at the right time. How many times do women have to show they are uncomfortable for it to be the right time to intervene?

Im a photographer In houston. Many times this means I have to go to locations (public areas) and wait for my clients to arrive. Last week I did just that. I went to a park where tons of people were. A man immediately ran up to me and was making comments to me that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. While he was talking I thought - If im mean to him what if he gets mad and hurts me. if I’m not mean to him what if he thinks I like him, if I don’t talk at all what if he won’t leave me alone. I chose to be nice and I just politely said thank you but I’ve got to get to my work. He would not leave me alone for 15 minutes. The whole time I was mad at myself for wanting to be early to my shoot. I looked at people as they walked by me hoping they would intervene but no one ever did. I then just began to pray in my head and I just asked god to cover me with protection and make this man leave. He eventually did and I was ok. I was hurt that no one noticed or cared. Mind you this man and I look completely different in such a way where I’m wearing dress plants and a blazer and he’s wearing not to be rude but clothing he’s been in for weeks…..his body language was excessive and he was talking so loudly. Still no one noticed.
