Dude is faster than you will ever be. You know how hard it is to qualify for Loretta’s let alone a AMA national? A Jett or tomac are like .1% of the sport not everyone can be them. but this dude would wax every person at any local track. Calling his a “C” rider is laughable. You obviously don’t know shit about this sport. And with a name like simp dog no one should take anything you say seriously.

I so feel your pain Matt. I raced from the early 90's to about '03. I just turned 50 this year and I really feel about 80. I wasn't nearly as fast as you and I spent many broken days and nights in and out of the hospital. I stopped racing right before the 4 strokes took over. That's one of the reasons I like your videos with keeping the 2 strokes going. Anyway, there are a lot of people here that appreciate the videos and hard work you put into them. Don't mind the haters just keep doing you.

This won't make you feel better, but I haven't raced nearly as much as you have. Haven't crashed nearly as much as you have and as a 57 year old man, I still feel that bike landing on my back at 3 Palms in Houston in 2006! I still feel the wall of that berm as 2 other bikes and their riders lay on top of me on that track in Austin. But, I wouldn't trade any of those aches because the fun I had on the track can never be replaced. That adrenaline rush when the gate dropped has nothing else like it. Ride as long as you can because once its over, its just over. Good times!

What we do is the most demanding sport out there. These other professional athletes fall down and fake injuries, they get time outs, can grab some water every few minutes at most, have referees calling fouls, retire before they are 30 and never do the sport again. I never made it out of B class in 37 years of riding. 9 years at the top of the game in the military. I’m 50 and feel it every second of the day. I have no regrets, aside from trying to triple the whoops once, and would do it again.
