Socially you are right, he is not making much effort to be functional in the team. Expecting other team mates/manager to speak English to you in a Polish national team is bit too much.

In our country, opinions about Matty Cash are divided. Journalists have taken the couch's side, meaning they are fine with the decision. And, the performance during the qualifications was not as good as everyone expected. The match against the Netherlands in '22 is considered to be his best. What are our expectations during this Euro? None, we do not have any expectations, to be honest. Well, it is good since the players have always felt pressure while playing with the best teams. This is considered to be an upside. Success is not within our reach. But we would like to see games like the one against France during the 2022 World Cup. We lost, but we did what we could.
