Fun fact. Most courses will have the same amount of par 3s and 5s. This is to keep the overall par at 36/72 (9 and 18 holes) The course Matty brings us on today is unique in the fact that the front 9 has an overall par of 31!

I used to love golf as a kid, but then i started hating it every time I played with my dad and he made me feel like it was a chore and I really disliked how he acted every time we played together. I didn’t wanna play at all ever. I quit. BUT SEEING THIS… it gives me so much joy, calmness, and just the loveliest more comforting feelings ever. It made me rethink about playing golf again

do ittt, golf is about peace & letting go. The same way if you try to muscle your shot you will create tension and hit the ball shorter than if you simply relax and let the club do the work. Reminds me of how Jesus works tbh and we kinda jus gotta trust in the tools we have at our current state.
