Deena sir. Thanks you so much for this recipe. Because I was prepared yesterday Puli sadam prasadham for our side street temple. Same method. Especially that (kadapakalu ). I am very fear for that preparation time . because I try this recipe 1st time . It come very well. I prepared maximum (2 padi ) rice. Same colour, same texture. Thank you so much sir. Next I plan to sriragam vadai.

Excellent chef. In this guru is chef and our chef is sishyan. Very good Deena. Exploring these things and bringing to our knowledge is admirable and very few people will be like you. The present time is more self oriented and you stand an exception. God bless you both. As I told earlier am 70 years old I learned cooking from my mother and young people like you. I will try this and give my feedback. I have a doubt you used mocha fresh but it’s available only in season can we use dry. Think it won’t give the expected results. Once again my lord shree guruvayurappan shower his blessings in abundance to you and your family and of course to our guru too.
