Thank you for showing how to apply foundation on “mature” skin. So many tutorials use stunningly beautiful, young women who look great with or without makeup. We more mature women still wish to look our best, but sometimes need pointers on how to achieve that. I loved how you explained what and why you were applying makeup to enhance, not detract, from your beautiful model.

Great video. I wonder how you would adjust the application for people wearing sunscreen. You wouldnt be able to use micellar water on the brows, or much buffing motions i would think.

Hi Liz, Rae’s assistant here. Great question :) It’s important to find a sunscreen that has high protection however is light and not to greasy so that it sits well under foundation. Allow the sunscreen to settle into the skin first for at least a few minutes and then you can apply foundation in the same way as this express masterclass shows. Hope this helps xx
