His scoop and score around the back of the net is unbelievable. Goalies are going to have to decide to body the whole side and give up a pass to score, or he will keep scooping it in like that from his stick with ease. It’s amazing to watch his creativity. Reminds me a bit of Gretzky.

No bs, I called this the day he was drafted. I did it on YT too so there's proof. Most people thought I was lying when I said that he told The Flyers that he wanted to play for them next season. He told the other teams that he would stay in the KHL if they drafted him. He told The Flyers something else entirely "draft me". The only reason he didn't go 2nd (or every 1st) overall was because of him getting mono and then telling other teams he wouldn't report to their camp until his KHL contract was over. He asked to be a Flyer which is awesome that you know he's going to a team that he wants to play for. I would bet that most of his coaches growing up are just like Torts. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Crosby is his favorite player but for some reason, he wants to play against him.

As a die hard Flyers fan I legitimately haven't been this excited for a prospect to play since Lindros maybe even more to be honest. Michkov is the type of player that can turn this franchise around.

I’ve been a flyers fan for over 30 years, pal. “Ripping pucks on the power play” simply does not exist within the flyers PP.. no matter how many cases of tastykakes are on the line (energized by peco).

Michkov seems to be disciplined enough to root with Torts now the problem is if Torts still there mid/long term could be frustrating for Michkov who's an artist with the puck Torts is well known to frustrate highly talented players (Laine ?)

Torts and him coming early are going to be HUGELY detrimental to the Flyers organization. Further leaving them in the mid/playoff bubble tier for longer. They still need some great prospects and you arent getting that in the 10-20 range usually
