I found an omnichord at the thrift store one time, it looked pristine, but the battery compartment was completely gross. It was so sad. The last song should absolutely be called "Quarter Swede." ❤

@@somaudlin The thrift gods are very kind to me regardless. Hopefully someone with electronics repair skills got that one, it probably could have been saved but not by me lol.

@RideorDinosaur ah yeah I've only known one person who could repair synths, it takes basic + advanced electrical skills i don't possess

Hey Maudlin, you don't have to go to an expensive recording studio to make your album. Record them on your lap top. Logic Pro, Garage Band, or many other options. Like your songs. very out of time, which i love. I'd give a listen. Good luck to you.

@matthewbrown7572 cool, yeah i am sort of okayish at logic haha not my strong suit. audacity i have full command of + a buncha stuff at my disposal. my first album (on spotify under the name doll hospital) was recorded in my bedroom but people always rag on me about the quality when i share my work 😮‍💨 so i am a little hesitant to be the same level of low tech for these new projects. I dunno! but thanks for the encouragemént, as always! i'll keep the faith xxx

@@somaudlin i use audacity too! there are ways you can up the quality without changing to a new software
