Super cute. The style is what we see a lot of in California remodels. Me personally I would want more of the Hawaiian look with more traditional wood cabinets and doors. I am sure it will sell fast.

So here in Oahu I'm renting a place for 3500 a month which is a one bedroom. so I think you could do 2800 if its just a bedroom. Awesome video and I've already bought this place (in my imagination)
