Where did Maui Strong come from, who is behind it, and why? We go into the formation of relief fund organizations such as Maui Strong and the people and organizations behind it. It starts with the Hawai'i Community Foundation and it's Board members, CEO, and the major corporations they belong to.
We trace it all the way back to it's roots, which end up at Maurice Strong, cofounder of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Klaus Schwab's mentor, who developed the UN's strategy of imitating and infiltrating grassroots relief organizations and NGO's to serve as the voice of the "ventriloquists" at the UN, and to leverage local political power through the influence of local community leaders. I contacted every state governor, and BEGGED them to NOT release the so called 'vax' before testing them for graphene and they REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME. I warned the FDA many times. I warned Patrick at the NSA..and he too, IGNORED ME, choosing rather to commit the worst crime against humanity ever in history! THEY ALL failed us! Dr Jane Ruby says the governors were paid off by their governor's Association. Likely true! I tried desperately to SAVE THE PEOPLE from what the sick monsters were about to do to them, and nobody would listen. I contacted HUNDREDS of sheriffs...many politicians and police..HUNDREDS of doctors and medical facilities. Even our 'churches'. ..I contacted some COURTS and left mails for judges. And so many others. AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND BETRAYED US! AND ARE STILL BETRAYING US! I have been a targeted individual the last 30 years, and every American needs to HEAR MY STORY, because what the monsters did to ME, they are now doing to YOU ALL. When the criminal harassment by agents started in 87-88, they had a legit right to watch me. At the time, I was young and wild and dating a drug dealer. I stopped dating him and stopped all drug use in 88, but the harassment never stopped. They have tapped every phone, hacked every computer and criminally and repeatedly entered every home i have lived in during these years since. I now don't leave my home unless I hire a house sitter because the filthy agents refuse to STAY OUT OF MY HOME. I couldn't understand for years, WHY they were targeting me. I'm married, don't do anything illegal and am a Christian since 94. It wasn't until 2018 that I knew WHY. I was sick with a skin disorder that I am now convinced was another bioweapon being tested on us. I was examining my skin with a magnifier when i found strange, matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees. They looked like tiny tunnels, but couldn't be seen with the naked eye. I had no idea how they got in my skin, and I hadn't seen any doctors or taken any shots in years. So I got out a sterile needle and opened up those holes and took samples from them and viewed it under my microscope. (A hobby I have had many years.) I was speechless at what I found. I t was a clear, COMPUTERIZED GEL, and it was laid out in a ladder shaped grid system, that had tiny rice shaped batteries around it's outer perimeter. It had pine tree shaped antennas that had perfectly symmetrical branches with metallic looking little balls on the tip of every branch. It was slowly collapsing it's structure as it cooled to room temperature. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Finding this tech in my body explained many things I had wondered about the last twenty years. It explained why I heard a man's voice in my head sometimes. It explained why he pretended to be GOD that the things he said weren't always Godly. It explained why things got moved or hidden from me during my sleep, and why I was WATCHED CONSTANTLY through my OWN EYES. The FILTHY, DISGUSTING, LOWLIFE MONSTERS HAD HACKED MY BRAIN, and it was WORSE THAN RAPE! I told my local chief of police, when I reported finding it, that at least a woman can HEAL after being raped. There is no 'healing' from this, according to what Elon Musk says in his videos. He sells this stuff, though I cannot imagine why ANYONE in their right mind would EVER want it!! I found a picture of it right on DARPA'S website, under Obama Brain Initiative. I KNEW what would be in the vax when they said one was coming, and unfortunately, I was right. Dr Carrie Madej, and Dr Ricardo Delgado were some of the first to identify it in the shots. It's also in the masks/tests, and swabs, and NOW they are putting it in our FOOD/BEV AND MILK!!! I am here to tell you that this absolutely EVIL tech from HELL is FAR MORE than 'gene therapy'!!! It lets the filthy monsters see and hear every thought we have! It lets them talk to us mentally. It lets them even TAKE OVER OUR BODY during certain stages of sleep, and use OUR BODY to do whatever they WANT TO, and we have little or no memory of it, much less any CONTROL OVER IT! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE SICK FREAKS ARE DOING TO US, and they MUST be stopped! I wouldn't do this to an ANIMAL, because even animals have a RIGHT to have PRIVATE THOUGHTS between them and GOD. They are also now putting this tech in all animal shots as well, HACKING ALL LIVING THINGS, so they can be REMOTE CONTROLLED by the sick freaks WHO THINK THEY ARE GOD! THIS TECHNOLOGY IS STRAIGHT OUT OF HELL ITSELF and the monsters MUST be held accountable for what they have done and are continuing to do! NOBODY HAD A RIGHT TO DO THIS TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE! NOBODY! EVER! The filthy monsters have been in MY BED, MY BATH, and MY BRAIN, the last TWENTY YEARS! Watching me through MY OWN EYES, while I bathed, changed clothes, any and everything, they SAW IT. It SHRINKS when it gets cold. It also doesn't need a CHIP, either, because it could easily make it's OWN! The stuff acts ALIVE in the body. Absolutely fascinating to watch. I will gladly answer any questions you may have. These monsters love to torture and kill helpless, innocent little animals and the freaks tortured and killed FOUR of my greatly loved little dogs. The last one, my favorite, was tortured EVERY MONTH for over NINE YEARS, before we busted the agents using our CELL PHONE to put out the frequencies that were CAUSING those seizures. We busted them RED HANDED, and there is no denying what they are doing. They finally killed him Thanksgiving Day of 22, after making him go BLIND, causing organ failure, and shocking him every couple hours the last two days, till he couldn't hold out any more, and died in my arms. People, please don't sleep by anything digital, and keep your animals away from them as well! We also busted them hacking our washer/dryer outlet, and gas stove, so keep your appliances UNPLUGGED when not using them! If you hear any device making a strange or unusual sound, BLOCK IT by coughing, whistling, clapping, etc. and shut the device off FAST AS POSSIBLE. Also know they are putting this tech in ANIMAL SHOTS NOW AS WELL AS OTHER HUMAN SHOTS, SO NO MORE SHOTS FOR ANY LIVING THINGS! ALL OF THEM ARE EVIL, NOW. According to a Los Angeles Times article published earlier this year, no one knows where the $100 million which Jeff Bezos pledged to help the victims of the Lahaina fire went. Some are now speculating it went to the Maui Strong Fund. That would coincide with what was mentioned in this video, as back in 2020, Bezos pledged $10 billion to battle climate change via his Bezos Earth Fund. I always had a hard time understanding why a politician would run for a position in another town, city , or state. That alone makes you wonder where their loyalty lies. People should not be moving so much - that is to blame for the destabilization at the local and state levels. Ask yourself, would I want an outsider making decisions about my community, its future and longevity? Much of the wrong moves come from people who have no vested interest in the future of that area. They don’t have family living there - what’s there to keep them honest. I was VERY happy to see ANY vestige from the past that controls who is allowed to take certain positions. Lahaina had that police chief requirement to reside there for so many years. That was only one little line of defense - it was still breached. Things have really got to change and before the next disaster that hits towns, cities, villages.

The crisis For Lahaina actually began early morning on 8/08/23! Not beginning at 2:55 pm!! All emergency response actions needed to begin at 5:51 am when according to M Police After Action report, 8 Power Poles fell, Blocking and Shutting Down Lahainas Southern ESCAPE and evacuation route =Hwy 30 South From Aholo to HoKlokio Place (connecting road to Bypass out) This main evac route was closed from 5:51am until somewhere around 5pm = 11 hour shut down with Not one Maui emergency response official or Mayor Bissen demanding that HECO clear the Poles to the side of the road and open up the lanes OUT and there was to be no power Restoral or power pole reinstallation during during the 70 mph wind storm and the morning Fire or noon Fire, See 3:55 pm memo from HECO to County stating they were sending crews over. Cole Millington Video Proves HECO Crews were reinstalling poles and taking up evacuation Lanes during mass evacuation, as according to Pelletier, at 4:37 pm, a lower Level officer ordered HECO Crews and Vehicles off Hwy 30 and open it up between Aholo and Hokiokio Place, it was then opened one hour later!! how is it that a lower level Police officer can order HECO to clear the road and an hour later it's done?? How come the mayor, or Emergency managers, or Police Chief Pelletier didn't order HECO to clear Hwy 30 South early morning 8/08/23? Between 5:51 am and 1:25 pm I counted 14 road Blocks From Front.st to Hwy 30 at Papalua St South to Hokiokio Place. 14 Blocks That totally blocked the southern exit and totally Blocked Lahaina residents From escaping South out of the 255 p.m. fire!! the roadblocks also created Lahaina Luna Rd to be formed into a funnel Forcing Evacuees onto Front Street! Hwy 30 North at Lahaina Luna Rd was also Blocked Due to Poles problems.at Papalua Street. Lahaina Luna Rd and Hwy 30 is where testifier, Ann Williams, was stopped and Blocked by a Police officer. but she went around him, and escaped North, out North on Hwy 30, at Front. Street and Fleming! as soon as she got out, police officers re- barricaded the intersection of Front Street at Hwy 30 and Fleming. Another testifier, Fish, also saw the police officers barricading people in at Front Street around 4 pm ask The Firestorm was approaching! Jonathan Herzog Video clearly shows two police cars nose to nose blocking Front Street!! the phone logs show at 2:59 pm, when an officer asked IF he could send Traffic From Highway 30 South onto Front Street, Pelletier said, yes! This added to the Gndlock, Pelletier Then failed to immediately contraflow Front Street North and he failed to immediately open up the Escape Route and contraflow Highway 30 North From Fleming on up, He failed to turn around all southbound Hwy 30 Traffic ,in order to open up all Lanes North! Pelletier put the town into a sandwiched in trap from North to South and Trapped People in the Cannery mall For 2 hours from 2:50 pm to 4:53 pm, when Pelletier alleges Police officers led evacuees out (see report) I Don't really know if the people in The Cannery Mall got out or not, because the fire was already approaching fast! 😮 how can a person such as Pelletier, who has 23 years police experience, not know how to contraflow roads and open evacuation routes in an emergency? He should not be Police Chief if he does not know how to do this, and it is very clear that he does not!!

@@donnawolfe2365 Why the long dissertation. Most of this has already been covered by the AAR's from the affected agencies. The people in Cannery Mall did get out but it was close call. In the Maui PD's after action report they admitted to what they had done wrong, the report also stated that the police never trained for such an evacuation so that's why you all that confusion. The Maui PD has been short manned for the past 3-4 years. As for Pelletier we know little or nothing about his early police career.

Lt. Charles Bell PowerPoint Presentation never showed the Public a good clear Street map and Pointer, as he sped like a bat out of hell explaining it which only lost everyone in a state of confusion. I waited for Y.T. Channels to explain the report by a Traffic Analyst, But this never happened, So, I deep studied it and now I can truly say what I know, what I uncovered, and what the truth is. And IF I want to explain what I found out, I'll write it as long as I like, Because I studied it, I understand now, that Pelletier failed. He has 23 years experience and does not know how to ensure the Population of People in Lahaina have their Evacuation Escape Exits fully open and contra Flowed. Cops get training on this. and Cops know better than to Block and Stop and Barricade People into a deadly Firestorm! Pelletier Knew from Early Morning the town was in severe crisis and never bothered to Schedule Xtra officers in Plus . many officers claim they never received a call in to work that day, Stop excusing them, Pelletier needs to Be hauled in For Questioning, and he needs to turn over his phone and start telling the truth! Locals testify that he is a Liar who lies, Done

Interesting information , but anybody who lives here knows that all Maui organizations have agendas, many of them political. It is what it is. If the people of Lahaina want true justice , they're going to have to pursue it by organizing themselves. Most of these condos were built as vacation rentals and not suited for long term rentals. Furthermore they come with high HOA fees that have NO fluff-$1000 per month on average and due to rise with increased insurance rate. These vacation condos are in aging facilities that come with big assessment fees. The income tax earned from these rentals are a major income for Maui. Hotels pay much less

The units on the Minatoya list which are being phased out were all originally workforce apartments the former county attorney Minatoya let them be grandfathered in as vacation rentals but they weren’t built as vacation rentals that is real estate and industry propaganda talking point that is obviously untrue to anyone from here familiar with the issue. The property taxes help the county but the vast majority of the income taxes are out of state or foreign residents almost no local ownership but again agree the hotels are worse. The assessments and property taxes would’ve been much lower if they weren’t used as STVRs. Taxing the hotels much more would be great but they are owned by the people who own everything including both political parties.

I am glad we agree--I can sense we both love Maui-- that the hotels need to contribute more as per capita if you count beds they contribute the least into Maui taxes. And I believe the hotels are behind the big push to phase out STRs which contribute more into Maui than they do. However on this we will agree to disagree: MOST of the units on the Minatoya list WERE built as vacation rentals. This is easy to prove. Ask any historian or anyone over the 60 who lived on island. Japanese investors built these ocean fronting condo developments as vacation rentals and since there was no coding for condo hotels at the time, they were classified as A1/A2 as they wanted to include the possibility of mixed use. Even with the option of mixed use, from the word GO, over 95% of these units have been used as legal vacation rentals. These condos have classic vacation rental features like lockouts, open loft bedrooms, small footprints with limited storage, parking and kitchen cabinetry. Some of the original brochures detailing them as vacation rentals can be seen proudly framed in their 24/7 lobbies (And, would workforce housing have 24/7 lobbies dead center of an ocean fronting complex? NO). Like you, I am very familiar with the issue--My husband has deep roots on Maui--he is mostly Portuguese Mauian with a small quantum. He has ancestors buried at St. Anthony's from the 1800's. His Mom had to move off the island when they could not afford to live there anymore. My husband had an Oahu Uncle that worked supplying construction on most of those Kihei condos--most of the units on the Minatoya List are in Kihei by the way--and even I remember that now gone OG Uncle talking about these developments being vacation rental condos as they were being built in the 70s and 80s. Furthermore, MOST of the income earned on those STR condos STAYS on Maui. The narrative is we are greedy investors--NOT. We earn the ability to stay and visit Ohana---thats it--income from these properties is not as much as you would think as Maui is one of the most expensive places to operate STRs. Most mainland owners I know just make enough to cover their personal use and maintenance costs with little gain. So, I imagine most of the mainlanders who are STR owners are it are doing it because they have a connection to Maui like you and I do, and not because of the "golden egg" some people would believe. And the snark of people saying all investments have risks--ya sure, but the government taking legal use of your property away aint one of them and this will brew up to an expensive legal case. All I am stating can be easily proved and I know this because sadly there is a big group working on getting lawyers and putting together these facts and numbers now...sadly because if this misguided phase out happens it will be a big pay day for lawyers and Maui people will just suffer more. Also, It is actually Hotel money that is more likely to go off island because big hotels have big accountants. Small mom and pop STR owners--which are most of the Minatoya List owners--end up giving up more into Maui in the form of GET/TAT taxes, property mgmt, local maintenance, housekeeping and HOA fees, and by the fact that even with condo kitchens their visitors are more likely to spend money around the island than the hotel visitors who tend to spend more on property (another easy to prove fact that is being collected to counteract the LS narrative). Sadly we should be working together to improve housing, not pitted against each other. I hope the people making these decisions use critical thinking--none of these units pencil out as rentals and most will never be rentals--and we avoid the divisions this is already creating and an ugly legal battle. Already all this ugly negative talk is turning away tourist money. Not only tourists but STR owners too-- there are over 300 condos for sale for over a month on Zillow. We have friends who will lose their business if this goes thru but are scared to speak up because the LS narrative feels hostile to them. To cut out a big source of tourist lodging is like cutting your nose to spite your face. Many of us believe the loss of so many legal STRs would be the third economic catastrophe to hit Maui in the last 2 years with COVID and Lahaina fires being the others. The difference is this one is entirely preventable. Sorry for long reply -- I may not talk story like the Mauians, but I'm Italian and I type fast
