In the October 24th 2023 article in newspaper Civil Beat called " Maui report on 2018 Lahaina fire failed to address issue that reappeared 5 years later" by Christina Jedra., reports community members had already asked "Why no sirens?" For the Lane fire that had almost consumed Lahaina back then. so Herman Andaya knew Full and well that the public expected and demanded Loud Blaring sirens IF a fire broke out and they were never going to run mauka! (toward the mountain, Herman Andaya is a damned liar and a killer. and I feel that I can say that and I can say it rightfully now! The 69 people who died in kahua Camp and central Maui could have been warned and saved by that siren! somebody damn well better go to jail for this..

Traci, I have watched nearly ever one of Rick’s videos and most of yours. This was the first that I am hearing about the questionable police/uniforms of the officers at the road blocks. It sounds like you need to request the names of the officers at each one of the road blocks. There should be dispatch records of who was dispatched to what intersection and who dispatched them to that location. You can then reach out to them individually to verify that the dispatch records are correct. This would be an easy way to find out if there were any bad actors involved in trying to keep everyone bottled up in the killing zones. Open records request to the city/police. I also have not seen where anyone has requested information on who ordered the busses. I did hear that the narrative was that they went to the resorts and picked up guest to transport to the airport. If that is the case there would still be dispatch records of who within the government organized/dispatched them along with names of the guest who left in them.

Additionally, any official police vehicle, including unmarked PD vehicles likely had location tracker devices (like RFID tags) and that could be used to understand where official vehicles were that day, and confirm if they were parked at these choke points.

I'm appalled the people who died in the fire are being overlooked and slowing starting to disappear. Imagine yourselves sitting in the car watching your kids and kupana the horrendous fire, the pain they endured before they died. All because those idiots sent them back into the town to burn, the people were forced to die by fire.

What makes me mad is, a lot of the deaths could have been prevented by merely sounding the sirens to alert people, especially the 69 who died in Kahua Camp area! Herman Andaya had already been questioned by the Maui public about not sounding the sirens in 2018 lane fire, the people asked then about why there were no sirens, plus anyone, including Mayor Bissen, knew upon seeing the huge billow of smoke that there was no tsunami and for certain, none in the public was ever going to run towards mauka into it. Herman already knew people expected a siren, they had already made it clear to him in 2018, he was aware, yet for some unknown reason these top officials purposely did not respond by sounding siren and they let the people die without warning, this is called a killing. Don't know why? And it seems like all of them (except the many rescuers police, fire, paramedic, EMTs) including the states emergency director ( MJ, General Hara). We're working together to wait and let the town be completely incinerated and have as many as they could die........before calling in the troops. All I know is something stinks about all of this.

Not know if it was inconsiderate to ask Holokai, who gave the orders to set the road blocks preventing people from escaping the fires in Lahaina? Was it Holokai? Or was the new police chief Pelliter? Why was the order given? What reason, certainly not because of the deenergized power lines turned off in the morning of the fires.

Glad to see Clyde is pointing out the fire hazard. Why do people keep ignoring the obvious brush maintenance and blaming the wind. The wind by itself can cause all kinds of damage. The idea that the brush and tall grass hasn't been cut or maintained was crucial to the fire being so devastating. As a home owner, you are responsible for clearing brush for fire safety and will be fined and be assessed the fees to have a contractor clear the brush. Find out why the grass wasn't cut and allowed to be a fire hazard since 2018? Once they realize it was a series of foolish policies that created this disaster, they can start to fix this to never happen again.

Like I said before on the other video “every branch in the military except for the coastguard will ground all aircraft for winds above 30-35mph, if it’s very cloudy with the possibility of light rains, or if there is light rain”. I can honestly say that the fire started due to the fact that our islands infrastructure is very outdated, and because of the high winds with live power that supposed to be turned off, based on HECOs SOP(standard operating procedure) turn off power during winds over a certain limit. Before the fire was no longer under control, I’ve seen many videos of the power lines being dangerously blown around, and it was just a matter of time before the telephone lines and power lines weren’t able to stop the telephone poles from collapsing. Many of the poles that were swinging around were being held up by the power/telephone lines, and they were stretching and just barely holding on. I’ve had comments deleted or been blocked from groups that support the fire being started by a Laser. I support anyone that is investigating any sort of conspiracy, corruption, and/or searching for the truth. I may not agree with what they believe, but I’ve always told them that I’m glad that they are putting boots on the ground, and until they can show me credible evidence that another country or our own government tested a new weapon that was the cause of the fire. Many of the evidence that they provided to say that the fire was unnatural and man made, it still doesn’t prove that a laser was the cause of the fire. The other evidence that they use is about aluminum has a melting point that the fires couldn’t have reached, and/or pictures of vehicles that were on a dirt area with short, but barely burnt grass that was too far away to have the fire burn any of the vehicles that they shown. When I provide Objective answers to debunk all the evidence that they showed me, I instantly get bombarded with questions like “ do I have a science degree” or “what you are telling me doesn’t make any sense, and even the experts agree that you don’t know what you are talking about”. The only things that I’ve bought up to all of those groups and people who firmly believe that the military used a laser, etc. what I’ve said was “ If the military or another country had used a laser to cause the fires, did anyone see a large naval ship or cargo ship passing through the channel before the fires started?” Or “ did anyone see if there was a satellite that had stopped moving during the entire event, and then move back on its normal trajectory after the fire was widespread” and “ the biggest thing that should have happened if the fire was started by a laser, many people would have reported that every electronic device in their house/possession to include most vehicles, is that they were not able to work or many electronics started to smoke, because the laser that would be powerful enough to cause that type of destruction, it basically would melt any electronics, block all communication equipment, shortwave radio, radio stations, etc. Also there wasn’t any surge of people who just barely escaped, or was near the locations were the fires first started, that were treated by the hospital for radiation burns, or complained that all of their cellphones were all fried. A laser that would do that type of damage is basically microwaving everything in its path, and within a certain radius of its own beam. The amount of power required to produce a beam to cause that much damage is immense. Also another reason why I truly believe that the fire was due to the very outdated infrastructure, because I’ve never seen any evidence yet, that would lead me to believe that this wasn’t a well executed weapons test. Many cars that weren’t near the fire being used as proof, I’ve debunked all of them because they didn’t factor in any of the vehicles paint job; like type of chemicals used in the paint/clearcoat, or if there wasn’t any flammable fluids inside the engine bay, and it doesn’t take much for a vehicle to have a flash fire start on its hood or body. When our house burned down, the vehicles caught on fire because of the intense heat. Which then spread inside the engine and then to the inside of the vehicles. If you were standing directly behind my Expedition after the fire was put out. You would have thought how lucky I was to not lose my SUV to the fire, but if you moved slightly to the left or right of the vehicle. You would see that everything was destroyed and yet 3ft of the SUVs rear to include the large glass window with tint, and its paint looked brand new still yet. Also the grass around the vehicles and most of the home were still all green. The engines were melted down as well and it was still raining from that morning when the electrical fire started due to it being very outdated, and the heavy ground termite damage/infestation because the home was made with all thick heavy wood. Anyway, I’m glad to see more people who are digging for answers, and have credible sources that have inside information/knowledge that they confirmed before speaking. This is how I keep myself informed with what’s happening in our world, and only subscribe/support those who support constructive criticism, and/or interacting with others who have different opinions without silencing them. Or letting their community harass and threaten others who disagree or don’t share the same views, and are open to any skepticism . I keep missing out on your live streams, but I always watch them right away. Keep up the good work/journalism and be safe, aloha!

Well said. I agree. You are correct on the grounding of aircraft due to high winds/gusts. Additionally, the lazer energy weapon theory is also a distraction and takes the attention/focus off the obvious criminal behavior. Same with the crisis actors and chem trail talk and theories like that. Having said that..the MPD Chief is a dirt bag as is the governor and mayor. Traci would best be served just focusing on that red meat that we know we can nail them on and stop talking about conspiracy theories about blue paint not burning and aluminum.

Hi Traci, great interview. I have been on vacation in Palm Springs for several weeks and have to catch up on your past videos. The Maui fire was a carefully planned high tech arson with key compromised individuals, ie the mayor, police chief, the governor, etc to control both the investigation and narrative. The Controllers always give a very subtle warning of the event that's coming. If you don't pick up on it, too bad. You've been warned. For exampe, prior to 9/11, months, perhaps almost a year before the attack, the TV pilot The Lone Gunman (from the X Files creator/producer) plot involved a commercial passenger jet hijacked by high tech and almost flies into the World Trade Center tower (our heroes save the day at the last second) and almost clippind the antenna. My guess is that Maui was warned in a super subtle way. I can't stop thinking about the Francis Scott Key bridge collapse in Baltimore as a symbolic message. Francis Scott Key wrote the U.S. national anthem while the American fort, Fort McHenry, was underseige by the British in the War of 1812. "Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there, Oh, say! does that star spangled banner yet wave, over the land of the free and the home of the brave?" Notice it's not a statement; it's a question. I know this is a stretch. But, symbolicly, it says to me that America has been defeated or will soon be defeated. You are a brave patriot digging for the truth behind the Maui massacre!
