Hi Luke, great review as always. One correction: both Skulk Hollow and Maul Peak have individual win conditions for the Guardians. Grak (the suggested starter guardian) has the most basic win condition of defeating 8 heroes. The others all have more unique/themed win conditions like Maul Peak.
