Maumere on the North coast of stunningly beautiful Flores Island is a tourism adventure waiting to happen. Yes. It's a beautiful location. Travelers will enjoy it. Most amazing about maumere bay is how the corals have recovered very dramatically after the earthquake and tsunami of 1994. Its as though nothing ever happened. I hope you do well. I also hope the area does not get spoiled by overdevelopment and commercialization.
