Went to see Maureen at the Eugene O'Neil theater in 1994, when she played Rizzo in Grease. Met her by the stage door, (stalker ? Perhaps....) she was so affable & cool to talk to. She was 38 years old at the time, and drop dead gorgeous. Got her autograph after the play, along with Micky Dolenz. God, she was gorgeous that night. 😎

In 1969 the decided having divorced parents was too controversial. The story was about a widow widower. They still got to focus on a blended family. Divorce was on the rise but still had a huge stigma at the time.
