This was from "The Ultimate Revenge/Combat" tour video which also featured Slayer and Venom. It was filmed I believe in 85 and at Studio 54 New York.. Also includes interviews with all the bands. probably find it on Ebay.

By the looks of that strat it has a humbucker at the bridge. Most of the strats exodus used were modified at custom shops and you will even see some strats they used with a Jackson logo on the headstock.
