We need the maus back in the research tree, I find it ridiculous that it was taken out when it was produced twice, like the t95 (doom turtle), in similar circumstances, and now they buff the armor and leave it inaccessible to players? Argh! I did not know that the maus was getting removed and was just 12k research away from the tiger 2 105 to start on the maus, I'd trade the 105 and the panther II I have for the Maus in a heartbeat! ( I live for heavily armored, slow, meaty tanks like the is-3, and t95, which have my highest played matches and kill count!)

Well, not like it was hard to find info on it. There was talk about removing the Panther II and Tiger II 10.5cm years before it actually happened, I'd know because it prompted me to quickly grind out the German medium line, only for them to be removed years later. Plus, everybody was talking about it. Hell, even Gaijin themselves gave a warning like a month in advance. Naturally you're not going to know of changes to the game if you're practically living under a rock.

Harry Wooldridge usually when you enter a match you’re under fire right away, depending on the map. If you’re seen you’re likely a priority target as you can lay mines. It would have to have good armor to be worth something, and have some way to defend itself

It's like asking why they are bringing in modern armour/event only vehicles even though 80% of players will never use them. If they can fix something that isn't too hard, they generally do. Also Maus may still be available from events. Just no longer from the skill tree.
