One thing I would have suggested you: Sometimes checking the oxygen-meter reading also plays the mind's psychology, and might create negative effect on body. I had experienced this myself, the more I was checking oxygen level, the more I was worrying. Human mind and body are very complex system, but at the same time they can be manipulated by small small thoughts

Same happened wd me ...i had one oximeter that was showing reading always 98...evn once i get sick ..that time i thgt this oximeter working well..so that time i was breathless bt that oximeter was showing reading 98 that time..so bcs of physilogical way i felt relax and fine...but after one month i got to know that oximeter was fake...so ur right its really effect on our body and mind

Very true! The same thing happened with me too. When i had covid my o2 pevels dropped till 85. If i keep seeing the oxymeter and worry ,automatically I feel like I am suffocating but if you try to act like you are normal you don’t feel the suffocation

I think using a Oxymeter and measuring it again and again will just give you mental stress, Avoide that, just keep having ORS and think positive, this is recommended to everyone who will be traveling to ladakh, Try to have more and more liquid food. Stay safe you all ❤️❤️🙏

Just a suggestion, if someone is aware that they might suffer due to lack of oxygen at higher altitudes, you might want to carry a portable o2 can with you; they are readily available and can be a boon if the o2 level goes low. Great vlog bud, did this trip on the RTR200 in pretty similar conditions, but we were going from pangong to Manali, stayed at pang in the night. Seeing your vlog, all the memories came back to me, thanks, and I wish you safe riding :)

One advice to msk.. I would suggest you to never measure your oxygen level while your hand is tight by some elastic clothes and never assure your oxygen saturation just by monitor for 1 time take rest then rub your hand then re try to measure. if your oxygen level has dropped on heigh altitude it's natural . Take garlic water .. now days pulse oximeter make more scam .
