Mautic 5: This is how email sending works in 2024

I followed both of your KZbin videos and completed the configurations in AWS SES, SNS, and Mautic. However, I'm encountering an error: "Unable to send an email: There is 1 partial failure. Check logs for exception details." Any insights on how to resolve this? Thanks.

what are the errors on your logs?

​@@hellojericho Thanks for your reply! It's strange - the lock icon on the password field is actually part of the field itself, so we need to erase it before pasting the secret key. Wow! I spent two days trying to figure this out, and I noticed that many others in different forums have made the same mistake. Now everything works!! thanks again.

@@mbarria7 thanks for that. Are you able to send out emails? i can send out in the config--> emails section successfully but when trying to send individual people emails it says sent but nothing gets sent or received. Any ideas?

i have a problem configuring the doctrine scheme. When trying to send a test message i got an error of connection refused. I understand the problem is connecting to the database right?

nevermind, it was a bug. I was resolved with some retrys
