Can you just use it like a regular monocular to watch birds and watch Deers if it’s so does it have to be charge to see through it thank you for your time I would like to know before I buy it 😃

Salah Alj - Absolutely you can use it like a regular monocular to watch wildlife even if you're not using the rangefinder part. You will see everything at 7x magnification. The battery is for getting the distance, so even if the battery dies, you can still see through it. Thanks for the question! - Tina
