Like the party can turn into pheonix and the pheonix can attack onfield/off field which consumes nightsoul. All the set requires is consume nightsoul and that basically it. But yeah it'll outshadow Marechausse Hunter with furina so ig why they didnt do that (plus lore consideration) I kinda hoped she gives phlogiston too so we can extend our natlan characters nighsoul duration even outside natlan and abyss

Xilonen is super-duper good for her, but not necessary to make her work. Don't worry much! But if you are pulling for meta, you could wait a few days and see some comparisons between her and Arle (since both are dps) without xilo of course.

HSJDHSHSSH her normals and charged atks ARE considered as elemental skill when in nightsoul state. so YES, earth shaker works on her. u can literally make sense of this when u check guides, where they dont recommend leveling up her normal atk talent, but only her skill and burst.

that Constellation play was sooo nasty from mihoyo but thank god i've been saving up for months. gotta get her at least C2R1 so i shouldn't have problems, maybe citlali too if she is one her BiS support. she should be easily the strongest at C2R1 even buffing her off field capability. Also don't worry, she'll be so valuable and strong at C0 too if u are someone who didn't save but want her. still having a 5 star natlan character other than her would help so much. pyro mc, kachina is always there. especially the traveler.

The placement of Serpent Spine in your analysis seems a bit off. Did you, by any chance, exclude Bennett from your calculations? That would be a little unusual, considering you mentioned wanting to assume Mauvika in a DPS build. Typically, any DPS character with ATK%-scaling in the game benefits significantly from being paired with Bennett, as his buff alleviates some of Serpent Spine’s drawbacks, particularly its low base attack. I think a better way to describe the weapon options in your guide is to consider two distinct playstyles: 1. Off-field sub-DPS role - In this scenario, Mauvika isn’t the main damage dealer and likely can’t utilize Bennett’s buffs effectively. This playstyle gives more value to ATK%-based weapons. 2. On-field main DPS role - Here, Mauvika acts as the hypercarry, fully benefiting from having Bennett on the team. In this case, ATK%-based weapons lose some of their value, while lower-ATK weapons like Serpent Spine (or even other 4-star options like Mailed Flower) gain a competitive advantage due to other favorable factors. honestly i was planning on pulling for her, mostly because i love characters with traversal mechanics (that’s one of the reasons why i’m a wanderer main), but her needing to be ran with other natlan characters is ridiculous and just not achievable for me. with every 5 star natlan character so far i’ve either not been interested in them or lost the 50/50 on kinich’s banner at 90 pity. so all i have are kachina and ororon, and they’re not really that good with her from what i’ve seen. in general, the natlan releases so far have made me feel weirdly defeated and demotivated. i’m just gonna try for baizhu again, i need him for my kaveh/nilou team because i hate using prototype amber nahida as my only compatible “healer”. so i hope i don’t lose the 50/50 for a third time on his banner 😭

mualani and nahida will have their usual sets. Scroll doesnt stack so you have to put scroll on either muavika or xilonen. If you give xilonen scroll, then you would build muavika as for skill dmg (so golden troupe ig). If you given muavika scroll, then xilonen can use archaic petra. I would imagine the dmg boost for mualani with the second option would be stronger than the skill dmg from muavika so the second one is probably better.

She'll be 82/180 crit with the broken Scroll set I farmed + Wolf's Gravestone so I have almost no choice to pull. I planned to go for C1- C2 because I'll use her off field and burst when available. BUT One of the problems I'm having with team building is that Xilonen ALSO has a team restriction of 2 PECH elements, so I can't do the team I wanted : Emilie-Mavuika-(Kazuha/Nahida) -Xilonen because Xilonen won't heal. In other words, she comes at the cost of benching one of my most powerful characters.

I’m on the fence right now. I was absolutely going to pull for her and weapon, but now it all depends on how she feels to play in the trials. I have to say that Natlan has been really disappointing for me. Region specific abilities, frustrating animal possession mechanics, and extremely strange characters with the riding of guns and motorcycles. It’s all kind of a turn off, and I’m considering dropping the game altogether. I still enjoy some of the previous regions with my favorite characters. The whole region exclusive characters thing really sucks. ☹️

However, thats additional -20% DEF shred and that periodic dmg is equivalent to using Alrechinno's Q-Ult every 3 seconds (at Talent Lvl 6) ... which is insane. Imagine Arlechinno using her Q-Ult every 3 seconds as additional dmg while Mavuika can continue to do her whatever attacks Lol. That adds a lot of dmg every 3 seconds. And that -20% DEF shred basically makes it stronger. Game breaking strong.

They really missed the ball here. Her kit should have given every teammate nightsoul points, and then provided buffs to the team based on that. Her burst should never have been based on a made up stat. Thats what ruins her. She gives no nightsoul, and instead demands other characters consume it to fuel her. Entirely selfish character with an extremely limiting kit. Criminal we are forced to use another limited 5 star on her just to get her kit to function.

Because her Nightsoul bar is bigger, she can generate more Fighting Spirit for herself (120 instead of 80 means she generates 50% more Fighting Spirit for herself). Because she can do that, she needs less Fighting Spirit generated by other characters to max her Burst. I believe C1 Mavuika + C0 Xilonen is enough, or close to it.

Hear me out, how about this? Childe Xilonen Xiangling Mavuika. I think this will be a solid team since Xiangling will have some great energy from Mavuika's and also Xilonen that can do nightsoul burst both Xilonen and Xiangling can buff Childe AND Xiangling especially when Mavuika uses scroll set. Childe will have the best buff because he will be the onely one the game now that can apply hydro fast enough for both Mavuika and Xiangling. I think this will be the best team for Childe when her banner arrives. Childe is getting a MASSIVE buffs as always even though he is still not that good 😂 But isn't this team interesting for you guys? What do you guys think

Its just bad design honestly. We still only have a version 1 character as our only real offield Pyro DPS. Dehya C2 if you REALLY want. So for all the Twitter Genshin people: How Pyro is handled is the problem...not her specifically. Duh... Citlali just provides so much more fun and possibilities for your account. Mahuika needing other Natlan units is a restriction we have seen in the other Hoyo games already and that too is just bad design to milk your wallet dry.

If such a character existed, I would say they have to be a kinda Bennett/Dehya mix that heals based on the dmg the active character takes and as well as minimal Pyro dmg just for the purpose of application to make them compatible with low application Pyro units. Any type of buffs are up for suggestions. Could be good for Kinich burning/burgeon comps considering self-dmg is bound to happen but who knows if such a character would be valuable

So, taken to a real rotation, it would be: Mavs (E), Xilonen's (E) XL 3 (NA), Bennet's burst, Bennet's skill, Yelan's skill Yelan's burst, Xilonen's burst, Xilonen's (E), and finally, Mavuika's burst, and, I dunno what follow's, cause I don't know if you have to long press (E) to activate moto mode, and then CA or NA depending on your hydro/ cryo application.

So currently for Mualani I run; mualani, Xilonen, Emilie, Dehya. And obviously I am replacing dehya. But now I dont know what to do regarding artifacts bc right now I have Xilonen on cinder city, Emilie on reverie and dehya on deepwood. Should I drop reverie and just run deepwood on emilie and try to play mavuika on petra or do I just put her on deepwood, or codex for personal damage??? Idk if anyone has advice I'd love to know (As far as I know instructors isn't a great choice, it hurts Mavuika's personal damage too much. And Xilonen has to be too early in the rotation to have instructors 8 second uptime do anything) And how would a theoretical C2 affect this (I might go for it, not sure yet)

I recommend Codex for her, honestly. It boosts her crit rate by a significant amount when given a 4 piece and it's her BiS artifact most likely due to her scaling with crit when ascending and her signature weapon's low crit rate but higher attack.

Lol i know people skip dialogue in Genshin alot 😅. But yes we've never seen vehicles, that doesn't mean the idea of mechanical Vehicles don't exist in Genshin. We are even very close to a character that built a bike that's powerd by electro energy lol. Their are several highly intelligent characters and master inventors/ mechanical engineers in Genshin. Everything was fine until the conclusion..... You can't say that she is less good than other characters because instead of doing many thing good she does only one, makes no sense. Obviously with that rating system you will get bad numbers but also for Xiangling or Zhongli, it is not like that the game works or the logic to rate characters. She is a Carry DPS, she is the best in what she does. I would also wait to see if anything changes, since Raiden Archons only got stronger, but if everything stays as it is, she is still the strongest character in the game.

She can't fill up her Fighting Spirit at C0, let alone max it, by herself. Basically with no other Natlan characters she can't Burst every rotation, because it will take 2 of her own rotations to fill up.
