A really pretty soap, If I close my eyes with thoughts of that soap top left in my mind I can smell those amazing citrus fruit flowers too. 🍊 🍋

Looks like you didn't have to scrape off your beautiful tops. That's good. I love the idea of steaming the soap. Maybe i should invest in a steamer some day. Your swirls are really lovely 💚💛🤍 I love what you wrote in your description about the fragrance! Beautiful final soaps

Thank you so much! I do love the look of a steamed soap! I work with 1.5:1 water to lye, so ash isn't a huge problem for me, but if I steam then lightly spray with rubbing alcohol, they stay so shiny. I really appreciate your kind words

Do you think the tussah silk makes a difference???
@sweethomesoaps4811 Жыл бұрын
I do. I now use Mulberry silk. I use quite a bit more than the "cotton ball size" recommended though. I use 2 grams per 10 bars. I also feel like it helps harden the bars for quicker unmolding, but I haven't heard anyone else say that. 🤷♀️
