I believe a formula or a concept can be achieved through permutation and combination concepts. I will work on that and post it as soon as I get it. 🙂

You are right but in competitive exam you only have 1 min to solve and it does'nt make any sense to find the entire 216 combinations and then compute or even apply the concept of P&C.
