Max Giveback to his hometown Waianae, brings back memory of his great gramma Edna Kapela Stevens n her cousin Annie McCandless Silva who as young mothers were Red Cross Volunteers. 😊Max ggramma, I believe was also a School Teacher. Although with 15 or more children, she managed to serve her hometown.

I got a new one for the west side. Today I driving home to Makaha. While at a stop light at old govt. rd. And Farrington I saw a man beating a woman on the ground behind his truck at the gas pumps at Tesoro. After a few seconds of watching this the light changed green and I stepped on it and got in front of the car next to me. I then got into the Tesoro lot where the guy buy this time just dragged this girl into his truck and closed the door. I called 911about the time the guy took off. I was talking to the dispatcher telling her what happened and this guys location. This went on for 5 or 10 minutes until it got unsafe for me to keep maneuvering. The last message to 911 was he is going toward town on Farrington hope you catch him. The fucked up thing is, I stopped because I was driving with one hand because I am in a sling from shoulder surgery a few weeks ago. I was still willing to go into Tesoro and physically stop this assault and and kidnapping even though I was impaired. But while I was on Farrington trying to go to the rescue I saw several big local guys just watching this while pumping there gas, not even doing anything.
