M. Bison just looks like he's such a master over the art of momentum control, adding so much weight to how otherworldly and supernatural the character feels like. It's very similar to Akuma: something less man and more force of nature, but in a separate direction. Whereas Akuma moves and fights with purpose to push his opponent to their limits, fighting Bison feels less like a test of martial arts and more a test of being aware how the human body can move with how unconventional his moves flow. Those grabs are visceral to watch with how he ragdolls Guile, and I love how he crosses his arms over his chest with his kicks: he knows exactly how Juri's body is going to react and jerk with every impact, and is in total control of the action. In a series characterized by martial arts, it's weirdly unique and refreshing to see such an old, cartoonish villain mainstay be animated in such a way that reminds people how he's a threat even though he's just really brute force and Psycho to traditional combat. The animators earned their paycheck with this man's movement.

Other people are correct to point out the Raoh inspirations with Bipson riding the horse but he also has a very direct reference in one of his moves. Around the 2:20 mark when he performs his level 2 super, that in itself is a hyped up version of his ultra 2 from SF4 as Max points out, he spears Guile into his chest with his index finger in almost the exact same fashion Raoh does to Rei when he hits him with the fatal Shinketsushu pressure point. Guile's body also dangles in almost the exact same pose Rei's does when Kenshiro arrives back into the city to confront Raoh. Check out episode 47 of the original Hokuto No Ken anime for the reference scene.

So in World Tour there are notes saying that a man looking like Bison WITH NO MEMORIES OF HIM revived an horse with psycho power and left, with the grunt of Neo Shadaloo trying to track him down. And in this trailer we see this guy destroying and absorbing like an hologram head with pictures of Bison inside. Could it be that this is a clone of Bison who gained indepedence and absorbed that power that was what was left of the old Bison basically destroying it? Basically becoming a new different Bison altogether with no memories of his old self and new drive and goal?

If you look at his Knee Press Nightmare super you see him actually kicking Juri's knees so that she has to kneel in front of him before he stomps on her head. It's a nice little touch to the classic super to make it more in character with him...what with his whole "Kneel before me/Kneel before my power!" thing he likes to say so often. Also they changed the animation for his EX Psycho Crusher...he isn't bracing his right arm with his left hand but instead has his hands together like he's doing Vegeta's Final Flash or something...first time I've seen it that way.

I think one of the coolest things with the biggest lore implications is his psycho power. If you guys remember, at the beginning when Bison was growing up, he was learning how to use Soul Power. However, he learned that he had '"good" in his soul. He didn't like it and wanted something more destructive. That's why he expelled all the good from his soul (which created Rose), and all the negative energy became Psycho power. If you look at his infused attacks, some are the purple psycho power, but some seem to be the whitish soul power. You even see an animation where he has to turn the soul power back into psycho power. So this could mean that upon resurrection/reincarnation, he gets some "good" back in his soul, which makes him "impure" again. Or maybe he reabsorbed Rose.

It's his Clone's body as Ed was supposed to be his new body. Plus he even used SF4 moves to show it's an older version of him, not the last one we saw when his move set evolved. Bison had a spare but was damaged in the fallout of SF5. He even used Psycho and Soul Power so this is what revived him.

Max, if you go back to the SF6 season 2 trailer. The CGI bit at the end with Bison has some neat easter eggs. If you watch it at 0.25 speed when Bison goes to hit the big Pyscho power container in the Ruined Lab stage, he actually hits a face (which looks like Bison) and as he absorbs it, you see little screens of Bison from older Street Fighter games being absorbed into him. Maybe symbolic of him getting his memories back?
