@@halt348 I feel like at this point Street Fighter has characters from all of it's mainline games that should be put onto a baseline roster. Like, aside from the Big 8 of the original SF2 WW roster, we should also have at least some combination of Cammy, Sagat, Sakura, Ibuki, Juri, Rashid and Kimbers. Like, if you saw any of those on the base roster you wouldn't go "Wait? This asshole? Befor XX or YY?" would you? They all deserve a place on the roster before anyone else. Sure, DeeJay is fun, and Fei-Long would be neat. But of all the SSF characters you'd never pick them INSTEAD of Cammy, would you? Essentially, Boxer, General and Ninja aren't here because they're pretty heavily pushing that whole "Shadaloo is DEAD for REALSIES THIS TIME thing." so nobody from that is in the base roster as that story is finally over. But I could see us getting Boxer and Ninja at some point. Just... not before Sagat this time... please Capcom?

Cmon now Juri's outfit goes absolutely crazy those are the coolest pants I've seen on a video game character period. Also ties much better to the Jolyne inspiration (those arent a spider thing its a butterfly thing) now over that body suit. The top with the body paint is a pretty clever way of not triggering the horny playerbase while being much more tasteful. The flow of a lot more fabric in her lower half fits so much better with her gameplay as well since its all kicks and that jojo pose the dominant foot up like a flamingo Masterclass on character design, and I'm shocked it didnt get a 10 let alone it getting an 8.

In my opinion Cammy has the best design in the game. Unlike the other returning characters whose new designs are somewhat similar to the original, Cammy's design is completely different and it works so well.

Thank you. I feel like I'm the only one (often) that thinks she looks 12. 19?! No. Maybe 16. Her face and childish demeanor scream "MINOR". If they had made her just a touch all around different. Bit older. Taller. Taller would have helped. She might actually be an early developing 9 year old and someone at Capcom caught and slipped the "1" in front of it before word got out.

Another nice thing about Lily's alt costume is how it references her love of travel, something she mentions often during her Bond interactions with the player character in World Tour. Her main costume makes me go "who put this middle schooler up against everyone else in the roster and in short shorts?" Something just makes me a little uncomfortable.

God yes! What the hell did they DO to Chunner's *classic!* o.o Chun Li's original theme was used by the Chinese Philharmonic Orchestra! This new one sounds like something i WOULDN"T hear while awaiting my complementary chai frejo in my lesbian dentist's office! xD i mean Kitaro meets Sade ran through a Moxy Fruvous filter wouldn't be BAD but NOT in a Fighting Game and you wouldn't go replacing any anthems with it!

I honestly love Cammy's new outfit in this game, YMMV on this but I love how it still retains elements of how hot and visually appealing she is but also offers a sense of practicality like this is totally something Cammy would wear when she's out and about maybe for when she goes to the gym to train.

Kimberley's outfits are definitely both really good, and Manon's alternate one is great too. The odd thing for me is that as good as both of Juri's outfits are, when it comes to the SF5 motorcycle suit version, I actually kinda slightly preferred the "censored" black undershirt version. I'm sure that makes me sound crazy, though.

I keep going back and forth between Chun and Ken's costumes because both are just so good, they did such a good job with the classic costumes man, games have been so half-assed in the past few years that I was honestly just expecting the new models cosplaying their old costumes. It still kind of is that but I feel like they did just about everything they could to reduce that feeling as much as possible.
