I just realised this is a remake of the 1970 song by Melanie. Both excellent versions. 90s version reminds me of being out a lot partying. Miss those times

What a great song to cover. I absolutely love the original. This version has some nice parts, but the music is a little invasive. This is really a song that calls for big vocals with the music arranged around them. The programmed beats don't really let the (though quite good) vocals breathe.
