I have never heard a court doing an investigation. It's not the job of the courts. The job of the Somali National Police Force and the job Somali National Intelligence Service Agency are to investigate. PM Rooble is daydreaming into his ignorant bliss. The job of the Somali judiciary is to mediate, litigate, and criminally prosecute cases already investigated by the SNISA and SNPF. You can't adjudicate a case that has been investigated. Those are the logical fallacies in PM Rooble statement. He is putting the cart before the horse yet he thinks he's right because he doesn't have the slightest clue of how our justice system works let alone justice systems of other nations.
