Most Americans find it hard to retire comfortably amid economy downtrend. Some have close to nothing going into retirement, my question is, will you pay off mortgage as a near-retiree, or spread money for cashflow, to afford lifestyle after retirement?

as most investing-related questions, the answer is, it depends.. my best suggestion is to consider advisory management
@Justinmeyer1000
@Justinmeyer1000 7 ай бұрын
Agreed the role of advisors can only be overlooked, but not denied. I remember in early 2020, during covid-outbreak, my portfolio worth around $300k took a slight fall, apparently due to the pandemic crash, at once I consulted an advisor in order to avoid panic-selling. As of today, my account has yielded big fat yields, and leverages on 7-figure, only cos I delegate my excesses right.

Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’AILEEN GERTRUDE TIPPY” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive.She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

@@MaryGwenDungan Mahalo, ma'am. (Hawaiian thank you) it's just I never imagined I'd leave where I was a child in the 90s and 2000s for mainland America because otherwise the only other choice is homelessness. It's why I commented on this KZbinr's video on Singapore because it reminds me quite a lot of what daily life in Hawaii looks like. But yeah. After arriving to the mainland. I've heard stories about not only other states but other nations too. Sad.

Kudos to his work on his speaking. But he should be aware of his uptalking. Speaking statements like they're questions? Like this? It is actually a very American "woke" way of speaking and lacks confidence. This fellow is quite more American than he cares to admit to himself, just of a very, very liberal variety. It makes sense that he'd over-pander to fit in abroad.

Oh My ... we struggled here with languages and blame it for not being able to master one. But you sir, felt learning another language could have helped your speech challenge. So clearly, to me, it's not the multilingualism approach that gave us problem, but lack of the time and space was probably the reason, as we had to juggle languages along with the other subjects we had to deal with. Thank you.

I have not been to either the usa or China but one thing I can tell you is if you speak fluent official language of that particular country , it proves you respect their culture. Many Asian think that westerners were rude and unreasonable but the fact people shouldn't be judge by the colour of their skin.

Disagree. Rejection was not your fuel. It was your belief in your ideas. The "disagrees" were merely additional obstacles that got in your way of your belief. Had you received the support instead of disagreement, the outcome would probably be the same, successful or otherwise.

Singapore is not a Chinese country, Singapore is a multi-ethnic country,Chinese is refer to China people. Among the population of Singapore, about 43% are of the Quanzhang ethnic group in southern Fujian, about 21% of the Teochew ethnic group, about 14% of the Cantonese ethnic group, about 3% of the Hakka ethnic group, and Malays account for 15.0% (Indians, Sikhs, Palestinians, Sri Lankans people, Bengalis, mostly Tamils) accounted for 7.4%, while the Eurasian population and other ethnic groups (including Baba and Nyonya) accounted for 1.4%。Every nation has its own mother tongue. Chinese It's a foreign word to us And the people you see around the world think they are Indians, but in fact they may be Sikhs, Pakistani, Sri Lankans, Bangladeshis. You describe the Hokkien (Fujian people), Chaozhou people, Hakka people, and Cantonese people as fictional Chinese. In fact, you say Pakistanis, Sri Lankans, Bengalis, and Sikhs are all the same Indians. Makes sense.

Just a minor correction, Sri Lankans and Palestinians, most definitely, are not Indians. Pakistanis are not Indians either. Singaporean-Indians are mostly Tamil followed by Malayalis and there are Sikhs too. There are Singaporean-Sri Lankans (Ceylonese) and while their long history in Singapore has made them become absorbed into the Singaporean-Indian population, along with the fact that most of them are Ceylonese Tamils, they are differentiated at times in society (e.g. Lee Kuan Yew spoke about them as a separate group to the Singaporean-Indians).
