my dad actually did this once, we are builders mainly stone masons and at the time were roofing, dad couldn't get signal so told the life insurance person that he was going to climb to the top of the scaffolding... Omg, I went to college at Shuttleworth college just next door to Shuttleworth airfield. My mum also worked at the college for a little while.
