After all my yrs doing fab work, I agree. Great long lasting shoe. For Welding though, I like rounded toe caps instead of Stitched. Hot metal trapped on top of your toes is A BAD DAY!!

Ignoring the material costs... how much time did that take you compared to replacing the whole or a partial piece of that quarter panel? I think I'd never be able to get the panel right w/a maxi system and I"d be chasing the flat surfaces forever 😁

The only downside to these kind of dent pullers is the tiny holes that often get burnt or ripped in the panel. If they are not covered by solder or lead the bondo will blister and ruin paint when moisture gets through holes and starts rusting and swells the bondo 👍
