This one... This game changed my life... Changed my concept of people... If you focus on the story and have an open mind, you will see how wonderful this game is. It isn't about fight, about graphics that also are amazing, but people and feelings... I think the people that developed this game, Ar Tonelico 2, are the best on humanity.

It's because the Singing Hill songs (at least Harmonics EOLIA and Harmonics FRELIA) are actually enhanced and lengthened versions of an ancient folk song from Ar Ciel, according to comments from the series' director and creator. Afezeria HARVESTASYA also happens to share a few melodies with Harmonics EOLIA.

I wish they'd port these series (PS2 games and the PS3 only third) to PC so we can play these games and I really feel GUST was onto a way of writing trilogy that didn't resort to sequel baiting as each game had a self contained story and was able to tell a grand trilogy spanning story by having each games outcome be crucial to saving the planet (Artonelico 1 redeeming Mir, 2 creating the Heart and etc

This opening always gave me goosebumps. It's so good. I like the in-game soundtracks too. Especially the one where all the girls are in the bath and I need to put crystals in the tub to give them a bonus or something, the song is so cuteeee. Ar tonelico 2 truly made a huge impressions in me for its soundtracks

There area a large amount of typos and mistranslations, one including the Song magic that summons Jean Ishikawa(?) I can't remember the name. Basically they translated this character to be a male and referred to as a male, but it was indeed a female. They gave her a male voice too.

@Lukefonfabre9 Yeah. It's worth getting especially if you've played the first one, Ar Tonelico Melody of Elemia, since there are references to the characters from that game. My biggest issue is that you can't synthesize items and equipment wherever you want, you have to do it at the shops. But, synthesizing items can be pretty amusing because of interesting conversations and the items your characters will produce. The items made can change depending on who does the synthesizing.
