How I Setup my Sony Camera For Filmmaking - (Sony a6300)

What's going on ladies and gentlemen, today's episode is about my process of setting up my sony camera for filmmaking. This applies to any sony shooter with any type of camera. I personally use the Sony a6300 but you can do the same things even on the newer a7iii.

Hi Maxim! I just stumbled upon your videos and channel and I am surprised about the high quality of your videos and how professional you are as a young filmmaker. Keep up the good work! I believe you will grow exponentially in the future. I have a little advice for your videos: I notice you tend to color grade your videos to a point where your skin tone is a bit too greenish/yellowish, I personally think it would look better with more natural skin tones.

Great video man. SLOG 2 is defeinitely the go too but when I shoot 120fps I tend to go with Cine4.

Ya I actually to the exact same thing now. I shoot Cine2 and Slog 2 when shooting 4k and then I use either Cine2 or Cine4 when doing 120p.

Hey dude, just stumbled upon your video! I dont know if you still use this system, but could you tell me how you deal with white balancing on this camera? I think its a huge hazzle, I got my first custom mode set to 4k and the second one to 100fps, normal video I switch between 1080 50 or 25fps depending on if I need it. But Im just not able to set a custom white balance to the custom modes or the video mode, how did/do you do it? Everyone says you should set wb before every shot, but its just terrible to do that with the a6300 imo...

HELP!! when I have chosen XAVC S 4k I can just choose between the Record setting 25p 100mM and 25p 60M. there is no 24 frames option. can someone help me with that? the same goes for XAVCS SHD then I can just choose between 25p 50p and 100p its so weird

Luca awa your camera is set to a European time code. Look up a video that helps you change it from pal to NTSC
