I have to say, since this dlc, khorne is BY FAR my favourite faction to play. Maybe not skulltaker since he's a little bit TOO broken but the other 2 are such a blast

I have always liked Skarbrand, but I think Arbaal is my favorite mechanics and the DLC units are all geared toward him, they are all mortal

as for units and hear me out, blood shrines. they wreak everything and have an easy time staying alive while also being one of the "cheaper" units for upkeep.

When I played Arbaal I got his army to be completely free. It didn't matter which unit. No upkeep. I would be honestly disappointed if CA doesn't dial it back a few notches because Khorne is rather too trivial at the moment. It's way too easy, even on Legendary. You can even see it on this video. >300k in the bank turn 43. Very few races if any could do that before Omens of Destruction came out. Besides the economic factor I just can't see it being possible to lose a Khorne campaign right now. I dunno what they were thinking making Bloodhosts cost no upkeep with no supply lines. It's Changeling-tier.

alternatively you can establish 1 good suck-province with high lvl enemy lord by using cults (Pledge of Blood buildings) and have 20-100k per turn

True and what help would you get for upkeep reduction on that province nor settlement, you cant even deploy multiple armies if you dont want to be broke
