These guys literally opened my eyes. I added trigger sessions into my workouts and saw a considerable difference within just 2 weeks, so I definitely recommend it :) You are awesome, guys!

I enjoy trigger sessions because if I'm itching to go lift and I know it's not time to hit that muscle hard yet, the trigger session satisfies that hunger to go fuck myself up.

Runners have been doing this for decades, right? I would always alternate hard workouts and recovery runs in my marathon training. It wasn't focused on "muscle building signal" per se, but bringing blood to the leg muscles for faster recovery while giving you another cardio workout.

If you do two trigger sessions in a day, do you just do the same thing? Or do like a chest back and shoulder trigger and then later do a bi/tri and legs one?
@jamestang96 Жыл бұрын
How should we utilise the anabolic effect of the trigger sessions? For example, if I do deadlifts on Mondays. Do I trigger deadlift on Thursday/Friday, or on Tuesday? So, trigger at the centre of two deadlift sessions, or as close following the session as possible?

when you guys say full body work outs , do you mean working out every body part in 1 work out 3 days a weeks? Do I do a lighter weight and do more sets or less sets? Right now I do a split work out but I want to maximize muscle definition and mass. On Monday I do chest ,abs,calfes 4 sets 15 rep. Tuesday shoulders, upper and lower back abs. Wednesday Arms and legs. How do I full body work out and incorporate the trigger sessions ?
