@@RudyIsWeird Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2892. You should read this before sleeping. I've made a habit to do so. Actually I'm writing this just after reciting surah mulk and sajda. The best thing about these surahs is that they both can be completed in less amount of time and you can be consistent. I have been consistently reciting them at night for months and I have missed just 4-5 days. You should try this. I recommend making this a habit

Room Temperature: Try to make your room colder. No Light: No light while sleeping. Satisfied Hunger: Don’t go to bed hungry.Avoid Certain Foods: Don’t eat fruit and sugar before bed. Consistent Schedule: Sleep at the same time every night. Pre-Sleep Activities: Be productive (workout, read books, big projects, hard tasks).If You Can't Sleep: If you can’t sleep within 20 minutes, don’t force it. Sleep Hygiene : Sleep on your right side, not on your left side or belly.Clean Ensure your bed is clean. Pre-Sleep Rituals: Perform ablution Recite Surah Al-Falaq, Surah An-Nas, Surah Al-Ikhlas Rub your body after reciting these Surahs Tasbih: Subhanallah - 33 times Alhamdulillah - 33 times Allahu Akbar - 34 times Recite Ayatul Kursi Recite the last two verses. Of Surah Al-Baqarah Duas for Sleep Dua 1: "In Your name, my Lord, I lie down, and in Your name I rise. If You should take my soul then have mercy on it, and if You should return my soul then protect it as You protect Your righteous slaves." Dua 2: "O Allah! I surrender to You and entrust all my affairs to You and depend upon You for Your Blessings both with hope and fear of You. There is no fleeing from You, and there is no place of protection and safety except with You, O Allah! I believe in Your Book (the Qur'an) which You have revealed and in Your Prophet (Muhammad) whom You have sent."
