Thia is so great, I needed this right now, today. I was trying to learn about arrangement by downloading some classical music midi files and applying synth voices to ranges of classical voices. Perfect video for what I am playing with right now. Love playing wth my envelopes for breathy effects and applying to the Arp voices and giving them some electronic life, So much fun, Thank you.

Gregor, once again thank you for your videos. I only purchased a Presonus interface a few months ago and have to say I have a lot of learning to do, but thankfully you and Joe Gilder have many videos that I can watch to help me with this learning curve I am going through whether they are old or new videos, all of them help me to understand the Studio One DAW that much better. Good day, Just to confirm, before I go ahead with S1+, It does include everything thing Presonus has to offer regards to their DAW and will get updated as soon as new plugins, loops, presets and sounds come in. appologies this is a silly question. The DAW I use now, or soon to be previous DAW😊 works a bit diffrent regards to updates and newly added content. I've watched now nearly over 100 videos on KZbin to learn S1, think I'm ready to go all in.....😊

Gregor there is a very serious problem when creating templates in Studio One. Can you make a video about it ? I'm a user of Studio One 6.5 and i'm always watching your extremely useful videos. Problem: When you create a song and you save it , the song as you know has many unused files that you can clear (remove these unused files / permanently) HOWEVER if you try to create a template based on this song , and you open the template to create a 2nd song , THE SECOND SONG KEEPS ALL THE FILES (UNUSED AND USEFUL) FROM THE FIRST SONG, IN THE POOL. Now, if you try to clean these files from your current song, because its a new song , so you use the "Remove these unused files / permanently) , if you press yes, the Studio one goes and deletes permanently all the useful files FROM THE PREVIOUS SONG (from which you created your template !!! Very dangerous situation for many users , and a big reason that users are quitting Studio One !!

Hi, just because the issue occurs only in Studio One for you, that does not mean that we are causing it, or that we can fix it from our end. More often than not, this just means that the developer hasn't tested the Plug-ins properly in Studio One to ensure best performance, and focused on other DAWs instead. Please open a Support Ticket with UAD and reach out to us with their information once they get back to you: my.presonus.com/support/open ...also, please make sure to have both Studio One, as well as all of your UAD Plug-ins & drivers updated to the latest versions before doing so. :) -GBY

I agree with @csikora5130 - The notes thing is great. I've been wanting that for a long time (my physical desktop is littered with scraps of note paper), but had no idea it was already there. I'm not sure about the Icon thing - I'll try it for a while. I don't normally have so many tracks that (for instance) I could lose the drum track. But I'll try it.
